Decree No. 94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Status of the State Public Service amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2000/287 0f 12 October 2000, provides in its Article 23(1): The public agent shall be entitled to the existence of a professional file kept by the Administration and containing all documents relating to his/her administrative situation and the progress of his/her career.

Staff documents

Any newly transferred staff to the Ministry of Trade has to provide the services in charge of Management of Personnel with a complete file.
